Radian Group Inc. and its subsidiaries, including but not limited to, Radian Mortgage Capital, LLC, Radian Settlement Services Inc., Radian Title Insurance Inc., Radian Guaranty Inc., Radian Lender Services LLC, Radian Real Estate Management LLC, homegenius Inc., homegenius Real Estate of Florida LLC and homegenius Real Estate LLC (collectively “Radian”) appreciates your privacy concerns. This Privacy Policy applies to information Radian and/or its affiliates may collect through their websites (collectively, “Radian Sites”), information which you voluntarily provide directly to Radian via forms, surveys, applications, etc. when you visit Radian Sites, and information provided to Radian by third parties. Radian may also collect information about you from your online browsing and transactions, including your preferences, pages visited, technical information regarding your computer and operating systems, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, domain name and system configuration and settings.

What are Cookies?

Cookies are pieces of information stored directly on the computer you are using. Radian, or any of Radian’s third-party advertising service providers, may place cookies or similar files on your hard drive for security purposes, to facilitate site navigation and to personalize your experience while visiting the Radian sites. Cookies allow Radian to collect technical and navigational information, such as browser type, time spent on its respective site and pages visited. Cookies allow Radian to select which of its advertisements or offers are most likely to appeal to you and display them while you are on Radian websites. Radian may also use cookies in online advertising to track consumer responses to Radian advertisements and may use cookies or other files to track your use of other websites. Advertising

Radian advertises on pages within the Radian Sites as well as on other websites not affiliated with Radian. Radian contracts with other companies to advertise to you through the use of cookies and web beacons.

Information collected through cookies and web beacons includes the number of people who look at each of the pages on the Radian Sites, search engine referrals, browsing patterns within the Radian Sites, and responses to advertisements and promotions on the Radian Sites. Information collected may also include other trends and activity on the Radian Sites, basic information about whether you have visited the sites before, your Internet connection and computer settings, such as your browser, your IP address and your time zone.

From time to time, consumers will experience 'Pop Ups' from other companies while visiting the Radian Sites. Pop Ups are generated by 'Adware' placed on your computer when other sites have been visited. Radian does not participate in the use of Adware.

Advertising on other websites

Radian contracts advertising with other companies to advertise Radian’s accounts and services on websites not affiliated with Radian. If you click on one of Radian’s ads, you link to the particular Radian website that offers the advertised service. These ads may contain cookies that allow tracking of your response to the Radian’s advertisements. These cookies do not identify you personally. Radian prohibits any company that places Radian’s ads from using this information for any purpose other than to assist Radian in measuring the effectiveness of Radian’s ads.

Linking to other sites

Radian may provide links to other companies, such as credit bureaus or merchants. If you choose to link to websites not controlled by Radian, Radian is not responsible for the privacy or security of these sites, including the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of their information. If you are asked to provide information on one of these websites, you are strongly urged to carefully study their privacy policies before sharing your information.

Advertising to Minors

Radian does not knowingly market to or solicit information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you are under the age of 18 years old, you should not be visiting or using this Site.

Who is Covered by the Privacy Policy:

This Privacy Policy applies to individuals whose personal information has been provided to or collected by Radian. If changes are made to the Privacy Policy to permit Radian to share additional information it has about you, as described below, or to permit disclosures to additional types of parties, you will be notified in advance in accordance with any applicable legal requirements.

Information We Collect

Radian offers a range of products and services, including mortgage insurance and a comprehensive suite of mortgage, risk, real estate, and title services. To provide these services, we may collect and process both personal and non-personal information about you.

Personal information includes information which can reasonably be identified with a person, and which is deemed personal or private under applicable law. Examples may include a person’s name, social security number, account name, number or balance, transaction and/or payment history, credit history or credit score, postal address, internet protocol address, personal email address, personal telephone number, birthday, tax identification information, income and other information provided by or collected about a consumer to obtain or provide a financial product or service.

Personal information generally does not include, among other things, publicly available information, de-identified, anonymized and aggregated information. Radian may use and share non-personal information to provide and improve its products, services, analytics and operations.

There are 3 primary ways we collect information about you: information you provide to us, information we receive from other sources, and information we collect by automated means.

• Information You Provide: You may provide information directly to Radian when you use the services of one of our affiliates. Examples of this include your name, address or former address, date of birth, social security number, income information, and personal contact information like your email address or phone number. On Radian Sites, you may have the option to provide personal information in order to receive information or promotions about our products or services. This information may include your name, home and business contact information (by mail, e-mail, fax or telephone), demographic information, and payment card information.
• Information Provided To Us By Other Parties: In order to facilitate certain transactions, we may receive information from third parties involved in the transaction, such as real estate agents, brokers, lenders, servicers, consumer reporting agencies, settlement service providers, public sources or other parties. The type of personal information these third parties provide to Radian may include your name, address, phone number, email address, credit, income and tax information, social security number, account number, balance and payment history and other nonpublic personal financial information.
• Information We Collect by Automated Means: We use technologies such as cookies, web server logs and web beacons. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with Radian Sites, and the products and features you use. The data we collect by automated means can include the following:

Information We Sell

We do not sell the personal information we collect about you. Importantly, Radian will not sell personal information of minors under 13 years of age without affirmative authorization.

How We Use and Share Your Information

In order to provide its many services, Radian may need to collect personal information about you. We may use your personal information in connection with facilitating certain transactions, and we may share your information with affiliates, customers, marketing partners, vendors, services providers and other third parties as follows:

• For our everyday business purposes. Radian provides mortgage insurance, title insurance, and other mortgage and real estate related services and products to lenders, servicers, investors and other financial institutions and consumers. To provide these services, we may be provided or need to obtain personal and nonpublic financial information about you. Sources of this information include our customers, loan applications and other forms, and other third-party sources.
• If you request particular services from a Radian affiliate or on a Radian Site, we may share information with affiliated or non-affiliated third parties and vendors to complete the requested transaction, if required.
• Radian uses service providers to help us provide products and services and to operate our business. We may need to give our service providers access to personal information to provide their service. We allow them to use the information only to perform the service we have hired them to perform.
• If applicable, we may need to send you communications related to your account. These communications may include order confirmation and customer service information.
• For our marketing purposes - to offer our products and services to you. We may also allow third parties through an advertising network to target custom content and ads to you on Radian Sites and other websites. The information provided to these service providers is limited to only that which Radian deems appropriate for these service providers to carry out their functions and enable Radian to market to you. • To allow third party web analytics services, such as Click Tail, to understand how you use Radian Sites to enhance our products, services, and visitors’ experience on the site.
• If you access a third-party website through Radian Sites, we may share information with the third-party site, including aggregated demographic information. The third-party websites are operated independently from Radian and may have their own privacy notices and policies regarding use of your information, which may differ from Radian Sites.
• To verify your identity and avoid fraud and illegality, where applicable.
• To comply with legal, contractual and regulatory obligations.
• For our affiliates' everyday business purposes - information about your transactions and experiences.
• For our affiliates to market to you.
• For our nonaffiliates to market to you.

We will disclose information about you if we are required to do so by law or when we believe disclosure is required to protect Radian and its customers. We may be required to share your information in connection with a proposed or actual sale, merger, or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets. Radian does not disclose nonpublic personal information to anyone except as permitted by law or as otherwise disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

Additional Limits on Use of Your Google User Data: Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you provide the App or Site access to the following types of your Google data, the App's or Site’s use of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions:

• The App or Site will only use access to read, write, modify or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide a web email client that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails and will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• The App or Site will not use this Gmail data for serving advertisements.
• The App or Site will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App's or Site’s internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.

An App or Site’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing of Agent Photos or Likeness

Radian shall have the non-exclusive right and license to use and reproduce any agent photos uploaded to the Site or an affiliate’s site for its everyday business purposes, including but not limited to the development of marketing and/or promotional materials for its products and services. Radian may also share such photos and/or likenesses with affiliates and non-affiliates for the purposes listed in the “How We Use and Share Your Information” section above.

How We Protect Personal Information

We maintain commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access or disclosure.

Information obtained from a report prepared by an insurance-support organization may be retained by the insurance-support organization and disclosed to other persons.

Under the CCPA, California residents have certain rights regarding their personal information, including:

Exercising Your Rights

As a California resident, you can exercise your right to data access, portability and deletion, subject to certain limitations and exclusions under the law. You may only make a verifiable consumer request twice within a twelve-month period. We will make every effort to respond to your request within 45 days. If we require additional time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason for the extension.

To process a request, Radian will need to then verify your identity. After your identity has been verified, Radian will contact you through email. You will need to provide Radian your email address and other information when you make the request. Radian may use third parties to verify your identity and process your request. Radian will evaluate your request, as required by applicable law, and respond to your request within 45 days, if we are able to verify your identity.

• Right to Request Information Radian Collects or Discloses: As a California resident, you have the right to request that Radian identify the categories of personal information Radian has collected about you and obtain a copy of the information it has collected about you. This disclosure would cover personal information collected about you in the 12 months preceding your request. If you are a California resident and would like a copy of this information, you may send a verifiable request to Radian Privacy Request through this site’s contact us form.

Please note we are unable to disclose or provide you with your Social Security Number, Driver’s License Number, or other government issued identification number, financial account number, any health insurance or medical identification number, an account password, or security questions and answers.

• Deletion of Personal Information: California residents have the right to request the deletion of their personal information collected by Radian. If you are a California resident and you would like your information deleted, you may submit a verifiable customer request to Radian Privacy Request for deletion of your personal information through this site’s contact us form.

Authorized Agents: California residents may designate an authorized agent who is registered with the State of California to make a request under the California Consumer Privacy Act on the California resident’s behalf. As with direct requests by consumers, Radian may use third parties to verify and process requests made by authorized agents and will evaluate and respond to such requests as required by applicable law.

Your Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of a Privacy Right

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

• Deny you goods or services.
• Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
• Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
• Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

However, we may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any CCPA-permitted financial incentive we offer will reasonably relate to your personal information’s value and contain written terms that describe the program’s material aspects. Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt in consent, which you may revoke at any time.
